Overview

PDFTwin is a browser-based file conversion workspace. We designed the service so routine document processing does not require storing your files on our servers permanently.

Files you upload

Server-side tools process files in memory and discard them after the request completes. We do not use uploaded documents to train AI models or build marketing lists.

The Compare PDF tool renders documents locally in your browser using PDF.js. Those files are not uploaded for viewing.

Browser workspace storage

The workspace file tray stores files in your browser using IndexedDB so you can switch tools without re-uploading. This data stays on your device until you clear it or remove site data from your browser.

Account preview data

Preview sign-in stores account details in your browser localStorage. When live account services are enabled, authentication will move to a dedicated provider with proper security controls.

Analytics

We may use privacy-focused analytics on the production site to understand traffic and improve reliability. Analytics providers do not receive the contents of your uploaded files.
